Content-Aware Rules View (devices)
The users or groups to which Content-Aware Rules apply are displayed under Content-Aware Rules in the console tree.
In the console tree, right-click any user or group to which a Content-Aware Rule applies to display the following commands:
- Delete User - deletes the user or group and the rule associated with this user or group.
- Manage - opens the Content-Aware Rules for Devices dialog box, which you can use to define online (regular) Content-Aware Rules.
- Manage Offline - opens the Content-Aware Rules for Devices (Offline) dialog box, which you can use to define offline Content-Aware Rules.
- Load - opens the Open dialog box, which you can use to import a previously exported file with regular Content-Aware Rules.
- Load Offline - opens the Open dialog box, which you can use to import a previously exported file with offline Content-Aware Rules.
- Save - opens the Save As dialog box, which you can use to export all your current regular Content-Aware Rules to a .cwl file that you can import and use on another computer.
- Save Offline - opens the Save As dialog box, which you can use to export all your current offline Content-Aware Rules to a .cwl file that you can import and use on another computer.
When you select a user or group to which a Content-Aware Rule applies in the console tree, in the details pane you can view detailed information regarding this rule. This information includes the following:
In the details pane, right-click a Content-Aware Rule to display the following commands:
- Manage - opens the Content-Aware Rules for Devices or Content-Aware Rules for Devices (Offline) dialog box, which you can use to define online (regular) or offline Content-Aware Rules.
- Edit - opens the Edit Rule dialog box, which you can use to edit the rule.
- Load - opens the Open dialog box, which you can use to import a previously exported file with regular or offline Content-Aware Rules.
- Save - opens the Save As dialog box, which you can use to export all your current regular or offline Content-Aware Rules to a .cwl file that you can import and use on another computer. When you export rules, they are saved in a file with a .cwl extension.
- Send Alert - enables or disables alerts for this rule.
- Log Event - enables or disables audit logging of events associated with this rule.
- Delete - deletes the rule.
