White Listed Media View


 

Here you can see the list of white listed media that were assigned to a certain account (user or group).

 

In the console tree, right-click any user or group specified in the white list to display the following commands:

 

- Delete User - deletes the user or group from the white list with all the media assigned to it.

 

- Manage - opens the Media White List dialog box, which you can use to define or edit the online (regular) Media White List.

 

- Manage Offline - opens the Media White List (Offline) dialog box, which you can use to define or edit the offline Media White List.

 

- Load - opens the Open dialog box, which you can use to import a previously exported file with the regular Media White List.

 

- Load Offline - opens the Open dialog box, which you can use to import a previously exported file with the offline Media White List.

 

- Save - opens the Save As dialog box, which you can use to export the regular Media White List to a .mwl file that you can import and use on another computer. 

 

- Save Offline - opens the Save As dialog box, which you can use to export the offline Media White List to a .mwl file that you can import and use on another computer. 

 

- Media Database - opens the dialog box box where you can add media to the Media Database list, making them available for adding to the white list.

 

 

In the details pane, right-click a white listed medium to display the following commands:

 

- Manage - opens the Media White List or Media White List (Offline) dialog box, which you can use to define the online (regular) or offline Media White List.

 

- Load - opens the Open dialog box, which you can use to import a previously exported file with the regular or offline Media White List.

 

- Save - opens the Save As dialog box, which you can use to export the regular or offline Media White List to a .mwl file that you can import and use on another computer. 

 

- Media Database - opens the dialog box box where you can add media to the Media Database list, making them available for adding to the white list.

 

- Allow Audit as Type - enables auditing and alerting for the white listed media according to settings defined in Auditing, Shadowing & Alerts (for the Optical Drive device type).

 

- Delete - deletes the medium from the white list of a certain account.
