Search Server Options View


 

These parameters allow you to tune up the Search Server configuration.

 

- DeviceLock Enterprise Server(s) - allows you to specify the name or IP address of the DeviceLock Enterprise Server's computer. Use this parameter to specify DeviceLock Enterprise Server(s) whose data will be indexed for full-text search.

 

- Index Directory - allows you to specify the location of the full-text index.

 

- Indexing interval - allows you to specify the time interval, in minutes, between the end of one indexing process and the start of the next indexing process. Use this parameter to configure the full-text indexing schedule.

 

- Merge Interval - allows you to specify the time interval, in minutes, at which to perform merge operations. Use this parameter to configure a schedule for merge operations.

 

- Extract text from binary - allows you to enable or disable the extraction of textual information from binary data in order to use it for indexing and querying. 

 

- Search Server license(s) - allows you to load your Search Server licenses.

 

To specify these parameters, double-click any parameter or right-click the parameter and use the context menu.
