In this window advanced e-mail scan settings are fixed. The major part of the settings specify the conditions under which too complicated messages (their scanning is too time consuming) are admitted as unchecked.
The Show virus alerts for outgoing mail check box is selected by default. The program generates a message box notifying of the denial to deliver an infected message to an SMTP server. As a rule, the same message is generated by the mail program; in such case the check box can be cleared.
