When you run the ERP MA Configuration Tool, you get an error or you get a stopped-extensible-exception when you run the MA with a corresponding error in the event log about the Name or Password being incorrect or missing.

This can be caused by multiple reasons:

• Incorrect connection string
  
  
• Incorrect user
  
  
• Incorrect password
  
  
• SAP host or SAP Router may be unavailable.
  
  

Try to connect to SAP using the .NET connector or SAPGUI using the same connection string and credentials.
