Profile

The dialog can be brought up from the main menu by selecting Profile > New Profile or by right-clicking anywhere within the relevant branch of the configuration tree and clicking New Profile.

New Profile
To add a new profile, right-click anywhere within the desired module branch of the configuration tree and click New Profile...

A new profile will be added to the module selected, if possible. After adding the profile you must mark at least one item so the new profile can be saved. Choose the desired profile name in the appropriate item.

Profiles are a special part of the configuration tree. Aside from being marked or unmarked, they can also be added or deleted.

Mark/Unmark

The basic principle behind marking/unmarking items applies to profiles. If an existing file contains a profile, that profile will be deleted after it is unmarked and the file is saved.

Some modules support multiple profiles and the ability to add them. To find out which modules support profiles simply try right-clicking them in the configuration tree and selecting the New Profile option.

NOTE: Each profile has an icon next to its name in the configuration tree. This icon indicates that the item property cannot be marked or unmarked without marking/unmarking at least one of its subitems. It is marked/unmarked automatically if at least one subitem is marked/unmarked.

Delete selected Profile
To delete a particular profile, right-click it in the configuration tree and click Delete selected profile. The Profile will be deleted from the tree and changes made to the currently open document will be applied after the file is saved.

Mark profile for deletion
To mark a particular profile for deletion, right-click it in the configuration tree and click Mark profile for deletion. Profiles are deleted after the configuration has been applied to clients.

Unmark profile for deletion
Cancels deletion of the profile marked for deletion.
