When this option is enabled, all privileged accounts are treated identically by the permissions and ownership checks. For example, if the template specifies key ownership by Administrator, ownership by any privileged account is allowed. Privileged accounts are those that belong to the Administrators group. In most situations, ownership of system registry keys by any privileged account is acceptable. This option lets you accommodate variations in ownership between different versions or installations of the same operating system without changing templates.
