NIS/NIS+ enabled (UNIX)

Module: Network Integrity

This check examines the network information name service (NIS or NIS+) that is used by the agent system. The check determines whether NIS is enabled and, if it is enabled, which version is being used. The check also reports the agent's default domain name and the domain name server.
