The Customer Experience Improvement Program collects information about computer hardware and how you use Microsoft Forefront Protection 2010 for Exchange Server (FPE). This information helps Microsoft identify which FPE features to improve. If you choose to participate in this program, nothing else is required on your part. All information gathered is confidential and is not used to identify or contact you.

To join the Customer Experience Improvement Program
  1. In the Forefront Protection 2010 for Exchange Server Administrator Console, click Protection Settings, and under Global Settings, click Advanced Options.

  2. In the Global Settings - Advanced Options pane, in the Customer Experience Improvement Program section, select the Join the Customer Experience Improvement Program check box, and then click Save.
