For this procedure, you can use Preview to test the effects of synchronization for an object in a connector space prior to synchronization with the metaverse. Preview can be useful for viewing source object details, steps in the synchronization process leading up to an error, connector filters, object deletion, join and projection rules, and so forth. To complete this procedure, you must be logged on as a member of the FIMSyncAdmins security group.
