Microsoft® Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) 2010 is a service that stores and coordinates an organization's identity information from multiple sources, such as directories, databases, or formatted dump files. You can use FIM to combine identity information into a single logical view that represents all the identity information for a specific user or resource.
