Remarks

FIM CM will call Supports before making an action call. For example, before calling GetCAExchangeCertificateFIM CM will call Supports(KeyArchival). If Supports returns false, then an error message is displayed and no actual call to Certificate Authority (CA) takes place.

Notes to Implementers: Implementation should not throw any exceptions.
