Gets the reference GUID that is assigned by the Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager 2010 (FIM) Password Change Notification Service (PCNS) that is running in the domain controller of the password change. When a password change occurs in the Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) domain controller, the PCNS creates a tracking GUID that is the value of this property.
