To Approve or Reject a
Request

When a request e-mail is received, do one of the following:
- In the reading pane, click Approve or
Reject at the bottom of the e-mail.
- Right-click on the e-mail and click
Approve or Reject in the menu.
- Select the e-mail, click Action, and
then click Approve or Reject.
- Open the e-mail and click Approve or
Reject on the Outlook ribbon.
- In the reading pane, click Approve or
Reject at the bottom of the e-mail.

Optionally, add a comment relevant to the approval or rejection.

Click Send.
