To Approve or Reject a Request
  1. When a request e-mail is received, do one of the following:

    • In the reading pane, click Approve or Reject at the bottom of the e-mail.

    • Right-click on the e-mail and click Approve or Reject in the menu.

    • Select the e-mail, click Action, and then click Approve or Reject.

    • Open the e-mail and click Approve or Reject on the Outlook ribbon.

  2. Optionally, add a comment relevant to the approval or rejection.

  3. Click Send.
