In the console tree of ISA Server Management, click
Networks.
In the details pane, select the Web Chaining tab, and
then select the applicable Web chaining rule.
On the Tasks tab, click Edit Selected Rule.
On the Action tab, click Redirecting them to a
specified upstream server.
Click Allow delegation of basic authentication
credentials if the Web server to which the request is
redirected can authenticate the client.

Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration
Server 2006, expand Arrays, expand
Array_Name, expand Configuration, and then
click Networks.
For ISA Server 2006 Standard Edition, expand Microsoft
Internet Security and Acceleration Server 2006, expand
Server_Name, expand Configuration, and then
click Networks.
Important
If you do not limit access to authenticated users, as in the
case when a rule allowing access is applied to All Users,
and the published server does not require authentication,
unauthenticated requests will be forwarded to the published server
even when a delegation method has been selected.
