To configure connection verification time-out

  1. In the console tree of ISA Server Management, click Monitoring.
  2. In the details pane, click the Connectivity tab and select the applicable verifier.
  3. On the Tasks tab, click Edit Selected Verifier.
  4. On the Properties tab, in Specify the timeout response threshold (msec), type the number of milliseconds to wait to determine that the server is not responding.
  5. Select Trigger an alert if the server response is not within the specified timeout, if ISA Server should trigger an alert indicating that the server is not responding.
