To configure a connectivity verifier group

1. In the console tree of ISA Server Management, click Monitoring.
2. In the details pane, click the Connectivity tab and select the applicable verifier.
3. On the Tasks tab, click Edit Selected Verifier.
4. On the Properties tab, in Group type, select one of the following:
   • Active Directory
   • DHCP
   • DNS
   • Others
   • Published Servers
   • Web (Internet)

Notes

• To open ISA Server Management, click Start, point to All Programs, point to Microsoft ISA Server, and then click ISA Server Management.
• For ISA Server 2006 Enterprise Edition, expand Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration Server 2006, expand Arrays, expand Array_Name, and then click Monitoring.
• For ISA Server 2006 Standard Edition, expand Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration Server 2006, expand Server_Name, and then click Monitoring.

Important

• The Dashboard view lists the connectivity status by group. If all servers in a group are responsive (and within the specified response time threshold), the group status reflects that the servers in the group are responsive. If any server in the group is not responsive in a timely fashion, the group status displayed reflects the worst-case status for that group; for example, Slow connectivity or No connection.
