Important
When ISA Server checks the URL sets configured for a rule, text
after a question mark (?) is ignored. URLs with a question mark
(?), which are included in a URL set, are ignored.
ISA Server does not support the use of International Domain
Name (IDN) URLs.
If the Domain Name System (DNS) is not configured correctly,
rules using URL sets may not be applied as expected.
URL sets are applicable only for HTTP traffic.
After you click Apply in the details pane, the policy is
updated. The new policy applies only to new connections.
