To reset an alert

  1. In the console tree of ISA Server Management, click Monitoring.
  2. In the details pane, click the Alerts tab.
  3. In the details pane, select the alert or group of alerts that you want to reset.
  4. On the Tasks tab, click Reset Selected Alerts.
  5. Click Yes if you are sure that you want to reset the selected alerts.
