HTTP compression

Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2006 provides a Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) compression feature. When HTTP compression is configured, ISA Server can compress content, to preserve limited bandwidth. This is useful, for example, in scenarios where a main office proxy routes Internet requests directly to the Internet, and branch offices route their requests through the main office.
