To configure computer name to use for remote
management (Enterprise Edition)
ISA Server 2006 Enterprise Edition only
In the console tree of ISA Server Management, click
Servers:
Expand Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration
Server 2006, expand Arrays, expand
Array_Name, expand Configuration, and then
click Servers.
In the details pane, select the applicable server.
On the Tasks tab, click Configure Selected
Server.
On the Communication tab, select one of the following
options:
Use the full computer name. When you select this option,
the full computer name will be used when connecting to this ISA
Server computer for remote management.
Use this IP address or computer name. When you select
this option, specify the IP address or the fully qualified domain
name (FQDN) that should be used when connecting to this ISA Server
computer for remote management.
Note
To open ISA Server Management, click Start, point to
All Programs, point to Microsoft ISA Server, and then
click ISA Server Management.
Important
The name you specify in this procedure is the name used by
computers remotely managing the array.
If you change the IP address of the computer, be sure to update
the IP address you specify in this procedure for remote
management.
