To configure remote tunnel endpoint (Enterprise Edition)

ISA Server 2006 Enterprise Edition only

In the console tree of ISA Server Management, click Virtual Private Networks (VPN):
- Expand Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration Server 2006, expand Arrays, expand Array_Name, and then click Virtual Private Networks (VPN).
In the details pane, click the Remote Sites tab, and then select the applicable remote network.
On the Tasks tab, select Configure Remote Site.
On the Connection tab:
- For IPsec networks, in Enter the remote tunnel endpoint, type the IP address.
- For PPTP and L2TP networks, in Remote gateway name or IP address, type the name or IP address of the remote VPN gateway.

Note

To open ISA Server Management, click Start, point to All Programs, point to Microsoft ISA Server, and then click ISA Server Management.

Important

When the remote site network to which you are connecting is an array with Network Load Balancing (NLB) enabled, the address you specify for the remote tunnel endpoint must be the virtual IP address of the NLB-enabled array.
