The Enabled property gets or sets a Boolean value that indicates whether the application filter is enabled.

Parameters

pfEnabled
Pointer to a Boolean variable that is set on return to VARIANT_TRUE if the application filter is enabled, or to VARIANT_FALSE if the application filter is disabled.
fEnabled
Boolean value that indicates whether the application filter is enabled.

Return Values

These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.

Remarks

This property is read/write.

Note  After the value of the Enabled property has been changed, and the change has been saved by using the Save method, the Microsoft Firewall service must be restarted for the change to take effect. To stop and restart the Firewall service, use the RestartServices method of the IFPCArray interface.
