The AddTCP method creates a new FPCProtocolConnection object for a TCP connection and returns a reference to it.

Parameters

Direction
[in] Required. Value from the FpcConnectionDirectionType enumerated type that specifies the direction for the new connection.
PortLo
[in] Lower bound of the port range used in the connection.
PortHi
[in] Upper bound of the port range used in the connection.
ppNewProtocolConnection
[out] Address of an interface pointer that on return points to the new IFPCProtocolConnection interface created.
