The FetchUrlFlagSync property gets or sets a Boolean value that indicates whether the fpcFetchSynchronous (FETCH_SYNCHRONOUS) flag is set in internal calls to the FetchUrl method.

This property is read/write. Its default value is VARIANT_FALSE.
If the fpcFetchSynchronous (FETCH_SYNCHRONOUS) flag is set, the FetchUrl method does not return to the caller until the fetch has completed and the object is stored in the cache, or until an error occurs in the processing of the request and the operation ends. If this flag is not set, the method returns immediately and the fetch operation completes asynchronously.
