The Add method creates a new FPCSchedule object in the collection and returns a reference to it.

This method can return one of the following:
Newly created schedules do not contain any defined hour blocks. You can define hour blocks by calling the methods of an individual FPCSchedule object.
The additional FPCSchedule object created by this method is not saved to persistent storage until after the Save method is called.

This method returns a reference to the new FPCSchedule object if successful. Otherwise, an error is raised that can be intercepted by using an error handler.
