If a system administrator controls your computer, you should ask
the administrator why you cannot open the file. Your administrator
might have removed the file or set a policy that prevents you from
opening it.
The file might have been accidentally deleted or corrupted. If
you know the name of the file that is missing, you can copy the
version from the installation CD to your hard drive by doing the
following:
Insert the installation CD.
Click Browse the CD.
In the folder list, open the Setup\Program Files\Microsoft
Identity Integration Server\UIShell\Helpfiles folder.
Find the name of the missing file.
Copy the file to the \Program Files\Microsoft Identity
Integration Server\UIShell\Helpfiles folder on the server running
Microsoft Identity Integration Server 2003.
