Select object types

For this procedure, in Management Agent Designer, on the Select Object Types page, you can select the object types from the specified partition and containers you want to synchronize. To complete this procedure, you must be logged on as a member of the MIISAdmins security group.

This procedure applies to management agents for the following Microsoft Identity Integration Server 2003 editions:

Enterprise Edition	Identity Integration Feature Pack for Active Directory
Active Directory, Active Directory global address list (GAL), Active Directory Application Mode (ADAM), Exchange Server 5.5, Exchange Server 5.5 (bridgehead server), IBM Directory Server, Lotus Notes, Novell eDirectory, Sun and Netscape directory servers, and Windows NT 4.0	Active Directory, Active Directory global address list (GAL), Active Directory Application Mode (ADAM)

To select object types

In Management Agent Designer, on the Select Object Types page, in Object types, select the check boxes to the left of the object types that you want to include.

Notes

By default, the most common object types are included in the Object types list. To display all object types, select the Show All check box.
In the management agent for Lotus Notes, only the default object types, AddressBook, Certifier, Group, and Person object types can be synchronized with Microsoft Identity Integration Server 2003.
For Exchange Server 5.5 and Exchange Server 5.5 (bridgehead server) management agents, object names in Management Agent Designer will not appear as the do in Exchange. The following name mappings apply:
