For this procedure, in Management Agent Designer, on the Connect to Organization page, you connect to a server running Microsoft Exchange Server. You must provide a server name, user account, password, and logon domain to log on to the server running Exchange Server. The user name that you specify must have at least read rights for the Exchange global address list (GAL). Each time the management agent is run, it uses this information to log on to the server running Exchange Server to read or write to the directory that you specify. To complete this procedure, you must be logged on as a member of the MIISAdmins security group.
