For this procedure, in Management Agents, you can open
Management Agent Designer and view properties and edit a management
agent configuration. To complete this procedure, you must be logged on as a member of the MIISAdmins security group.
To view management agent properties
In Management Agents, click the management agent for
which you want to view or edit properties.
In Actions, click Properties.
In Management Agent Designer, click the property page to
view or configure settings.
Important
It is strongly recommended that you do not rename a management
agent if rules extensions or Windows Management Instrumentation
(WMI) scripts refer to that management agent by name. Doing so can
cause the management agent to not run properly.
