ReachedRetryLimit
Property of the MIIS_PasswordChangeHistoryTarget Class
The ReachedRetryLimit property gets a string that determines
if the maximum number of attempts at changing the password was
reached. When password management is enabled on a management agent,
you can set the number of password change attempts that are allowed
using the Target Management Agents dialog box in the
Management Agent Designer window for the management agent.
