ReferenceGuid
Property of the MIIS_PasswordChangeHistoryTarget Class
The ReferenceGuid property gets the reference GUID assigned
by the Password Change Notification Service (PCNS) running in the
domain controller of the password change. When a password change
occurs in the Active Directory domain controller, the PCNS creates
a tracking GUID that is the value of this property.
