I have disinfected a virus, why does its name still appear in the report?

When a scan job finished, Panda Antivirus Pro 2010 will display a summary of the actions that took place. Then, you can click the Report option in order to see the incidents that occurred.

In addition, Panda Antivirus Pro 2010 logs all incidents occurred during ALL scans. This is known as Report on all scans carried out. To consult this report click the Report button on the program button bar. This will display all incidents occurred during the scans carried out (start and end of the scan, names of the threats detected, etc).

A virus may have been detected in one (or more) of those scans. If this is the case, it will have been detected and disinfected by Panda Antivirus Pro 2010. The fact that a virus has been detected and disinfected does not mean that the corresponding information should not be displayed in the report. If you do not want this incident to be displayed in the report you can click the Delete button. In this way, the content of the report will be deleted. This means that only incidents occurred in the scans performed from that point on will be displayed. Therefore the name of the virus in question will disappear from the report.
