By default, when you run a complete scan of the PC and malicious software is detected, Panda Antivirus Pro 2010 disinfects it automatically. However, if you want, you can configure Panda Antivirus Pro 2010 to delete malicious software detected or even to display a warning with various options so that you can choose the most appropriate action in each case. Follow these steps to configure the actions of the full scan:
Go to the main screen on the program and click on Scan.
Click Settings.
Go to the Actions tab and select one of the options from the drop-down list: Automatically disinfect (default), Delete infected file,Ask which action to take,or Ignore and continue scanning.
