How to enable or disable the automatic protection against known threats

Like the other types of protection, the protection against known threats can be enabled and disabled from the main program window.

Note: Bear in mind that if this protection is not enabled, your computer is not protected against viruses and other possible threats.

You can enable or disable the protection against known threats by following these steps from the main program window:

1. Click Status in the main window.

2. In the Protection section, click Settings.

3. If you want to enable the protection against known threats, make sure the Enable protection against known threats box is selected. To disable it, clear the check box.
