Clicking on the Information button, after running scans, takes
you, in the right pane, to the Information report. This formatted
text report contains the following sections:
Summary Information about the OS and hardware as well as
the version of SymHelp run on the system.
Customer Customer entered information (see Save Page) is
displayed here.
Installed Symantec Products This presents a list of
SymHelp-supported Symantec products found on the system and their
versions.
Product-Specific Reports Depending on the products
installed a number of product specific reports will appear
containing various information useful to getting a quick overview
of the product's configuration and environment.
