Building the Forefront TMG Web Filter Sample

The sample is included in the Samples folder of the SDK, in the WebFilters\Webresponsemodifier subfolder.

To build the Forefront TMG Web filter included in the SDK, using Visual C++ 6.0

1. Open Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0.
2. Open the sample workspace, Webresponsemodifier.dsw.
3. To see the project files, on the View menu, click workspace.
4. Press the F7 key to build the sample.

These steps create Webresponsemodifier.dll.

Note  You must have the Platform SDK installed to compile the project in Visual C++ 6.0

To build the Forefront TMG Web filter included in the SDK, using Visual Studio .NET

1. Open Microsoft Visual Studio .NET.
2. Open the sample project, Webresponsemodifier.vcproj.
3. To see the project files, on the View menu, click Solution Explorer.
4. Build the sample. The first time you build the sample, you will be asked to save the solution.

These steps create Webresponsemodifier.dll.
