Create the property sheet following the procedures in the MMC documentation (Microsoft Management Console). The property sheet must be created on a computer that has Forefront TMG Management installed. The node that you want to extend is a Forefront TMG application filter.
Code for extending an application filter node in Forefront TMG Management to open a property page for editing global policy is included in the administration module of the Data Monitor sample provided with the Forefront TMG Software Development Kit (SDK).
