SetIps Method of the IFPCAddressRange Interface

The SetIps method sets the lower and upper bounds of the address range.

[C++]

Syntax

HRESULT SetIps(
  [in]  BSTR Ip_From,
  [in]  BSTR Ip_To
);

Parameters

Ip_From
BSTR that specifies the lower bound of the IP address range.
Ip_To
BSTR that specifies the upper bound of the IP address range.

Return Value

This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.
[Visual Basic]

Syntax

Sub SetIps( _
  ByVal Ip_From As String, _
  ByVal Ip_To As String _
)

Parameters

Ip_From
String that specifies the lower bound of the IP address range.
Ip_To
String that specifies the upper bound of the IP range.

Return Value

This method has no return values. If the call is unsuccessful, an error is raised that can be intercepted by using an error handler.

Remarks

This method modifies the IP_From and IP_To properties. The lower and upper bounds of the IP address range are initially set by the values passed to the IP_From and IP_To parameters of the Add method of the FPCAddressRanges collection (IFPCAddressRanges interface in C++) when the object is created.
