The PollAtURL property gets the URL at which to poll for information about the availability of upstream array members on the backup route.

Pointer to a BSTR that is set on return to a string value specifying the URL at which to poll for information about the availability of upstream array members on the backup route.
This property method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.
Property PollAtURL As String
String that specifies the URL at which to poll for information about the availability of upstream array members on the backup route.
This property is read-only. Its default value is an empty string. It can be set by calling the SetAutoPollConfig method.
This property is valid only if the AutomaticPollConfig property is set to True (VARIANT_TRUE in C++).
The URL used for polling is typically http://host_name:8080/array.dll, in which the host is the upstream proxy server on the backup route.
