The CacheDynamicContent property gets or sets a Boolean value that indicates whether dynamic responses will be cached even if their headers mark them as not cacheable.

Pointer to a Boolean variable that is set on return to VARIANT_TRUE if dynamic responses will be cached even if their headers mark them as not cacheable, or to VARIANT_FALSE if dynamic responses that are marked as not cacheable will not be cached.

These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.

This property is read/write. Its default value is False (VARIANT_FALSE in C++).
A response to a request sent to a URL containing a question mark is considered dynamic.
