The Refresh method reads all of the object's properties from persistent storage. When the Refresh method is called, any configuration changes made after the last call to the Save method are lost.
HRESULT Refresh();
This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.
Sub Refresh()
This method has no return values. If the call is unsuccessful, an error is raised that can be intercepted by using an error handler.
