The Name property gets or sets the name of the Firewall client settings section.

Property Name As String
String that specifies the name of the Firewall client settings section.
This property is read/write.
The name of a settings section specifies the client application to which its entries apply. The Name property can be set to the name of the applicable binary file without the file extension or a wildcard (*). A settings section whose Name property is set to a wildcard (*) applies to all applications.
Setting sections that apply to all applications may contain entries only for the DontRemoteOutboundTcpPorts and DontRemoteOutboundUdpPorts keys.
