The ConnectionOverVPNTunnel property gets or sets a Boolean value that indicates whether array members will access the primary and alternate Configuration Storage servers over a VPN site-to-site connection.

This property is read/write. Its default value is False (VARIANT_FALSE in C++). When this property is set to the default value, array members will access the primary and alternate Configuration Storage servers directly over the network.
