The RequireSSLClientCertificate property gets or sets a Boolean value that indicates whether HTTPS requests sent without an SSL client certificate will be denied before the HTML form is presented to the user.

Pointer to a Boolean variable that is set on return to VARIANT_TRUE if HTTPS requests sent without an SSL client certificate will be denied before the HTML form is presented to the user, or to VARIANT_FALSE if HTTPS requests sent without an SSL client certificate will not be denied before the HTML form is presented to the user.
