ToIp Property of the IFPCIpListRange Interface

The ToIp property gets or sets the upper bound of the IP address range.

pbstrToIp: Pointer to a BSTR that is set on return to a string value specifying the upper bound of the IP address range.
bstrToIp: BSTR that specifies the upper bound of the IP address range.

This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.
