Item Method of the IFPCIpListRanges Interface

The Item method retrieves the requested FPCIpListRange object from the collection.

v: Name or one-based index of the object to retrieve.
pItem: Address of an interface pointer that on return points to the FPCIpListRange interface requested.

This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.
