IPSelectionMethod Property of the IFPCIPOnNetwork Interface

The IPSelectionMethod property gets or sets a value from the FpcIPSelectionMethods enumerated type that specifies the method for selecting IP addresses on the network. All of the IP addresses on the network, only the default IP address, or only the IP addresses listed in the IPAddresses property can be selected.

Parameters

pIPSelectionMethod

Pointer to a variable that on return receives a value from the FpcIPSelectionMethods enumerated type specifying whether all of the IP addresses on the network, only the default IP address, or only the IP addresses listed in the IPAddresses property will be selected.

IPSelectionMethod

Value from the FpcIPSelectionMethods enumerated type that specifies whether all of the IP addresses on the network, only the default IP address, or only the IP addresses listed in the IPAddresses property will be selected.

Return Value

These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.

Property Value

Value from the FpcIPSelectionMethods enumerated type that specifies whether all of the IP addresses on the network, only the default IP address, or only the IP addresses listed in the IPAddresses property will be selected.

Remarks

This property is read/write. Its default value is fpcDefaultIPAddress, which indicates that only the default IP address on the Forefront TMG computer in the network will be selected.
