MSDEQueryTimeout Property of the IFPCLogs Interface

The MSDEQueryTimeout property gets or sets the time-out period, in seconds, for a Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine (MSDE) query in offline mode.

Parameters

plBufferSize

Pointer to a 32-bit integer that is set on return to the time-out period, in seconds, for an MSDE query in offline mode.

lBufferSize

A 32-bit integer value that specifies the time-out period, in seconds, for an MSDE query in offline mode.

Return Value

These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.

Remarks

This property is read/write. Its default value is 150 seconds. In common scenarios, there is no need to deviate from the default value.

This property is deprecated in Forefront TMG. Use IsaDatabaseQueryTimeout instead.
