The ScanOutboundMessages property gets or sets a Boolean value that indicates whether the filter list will be used to scan outbound messages.

Pointer to a Boolean variable that is set on return to VARIANT_TRUE if the filter list will be used to scan outbound messages, or to VARIANT_FALSE if the filter list will not be used to scan outbound messages.
Boolean value that indicates whether the filter list will be used to scan outbound messages.
These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.
